CHAMPAGNE GREETING

Thirty minutes prior to the commencement of your cocktail hour and/or ceremony, a white gloved attendant will present your guests with a variety of chilled champagnes and sparkling water accompanied by seasonal berries.

COLD PRESENTATIONS

A bountiful cold feast of assorted fruits, salads, and antipasto will be presented by our garde manger chef.

SOMMELIER & FROMAGE

The sommelier bar and fromage station features an exceptional variety of premium wines hand-selected by our in-house sommelier. Each wine is carefully paired with our finest selection of imported and domestic cheeses and Italian hand carved meats accompanied by fresh figs and grapes, flat breads, bread sticks, assorted oils, and marinated olives.

BUTLER HORS D’OEUVRES

An exquisite selection of house-made hot hors d’oeuvres and cold canapés, as well as season items, served butler-style by white-gloved attendants.

BRAZILIAN RODIZIO

A variety of slow roasted succulent meats sliced to order on large skewers, accompanied with black bean salsa, yucca, petite cheese muffins, and fried bananas.

RISOTTO AL DENTE STATION

Prepared to order and served in martini glasses, accompanied by focaccia bread, parmesan cheese, fresh herbs, and complementing sauces.

CEVICHE BAR

Citrus-marinated seafood salads prepared to order served with traditional accompaniments to include popcorn, tortilla chips, mini–corn on the cob, fried bananas, and avocado. Ceviche is served with house-made chilled red and white sangria garnished with fresh fruits.

ITALIAN “SUNDAY” STATION

Homemade beef brocciole, meat balls, and Italian sausage accompanied by Chef’s specialty rice balls filled with ground beef, cheese, and peas, along with sautéed broccoli rabe.

SPECIALITY COCKTAIL BAR

Your choice of either the Martini Bar, serving Cosmopolitans, Manhattan’s, and other flavored martini’s or the Mojito Bar prepared with fresh mint, sugar cane, fresh lime, club soda, and a variety of specialty rums.

CHILLED SEAFOOD

The seafood raw bar consists of freshly hand shucked Malpeque oysters and little-neck clams, chilled jumbo shrimp cocktail, antipasto di mare, and smoked salmon presented in a three tiered ice sculpture.

SUSHI & SASHIMI

This sushi bar presents highly skilled authentic sushi chefs preparing a fresh assortment of sushi and sashimi for you and your guests before your eyes.
